What ChartGrade is
ChartGrade is an educational tool that reads price charts. You photograph a chart, and the app describes what is visible on it — the trend, price levels, patterns and indicators — along with how confident it is in each observation.
What ChartGrade is not
ChartGrade does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It is not a financial advisory service, it is not a broker, and it does not execute trades. Nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
ChartGrade cannot predict future prices. Chart patterns and technical indicators do not reliably forecast what a market will do next. The app describes the present state of a chart. Any decision you make afterwards is entirely your own.
Trading financial instruments carries a high risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Never risk more than you can afford to lose. Seek advice from a qualified, licensed professional before making financial decisions.
Accuracy
The analysis is generated by an AI model reading an image. It can misread a chart, miss things, or be wrong. The app reports its own confidence so you can judge how much weight to give a reading, but a high confidence score is not a guarantee of correctness. Always verify anything important against your own source.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the App Store and billed to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings — we cannot cancel it for you.
Prices vary by country and may change. The current price is always shown before you confirm a purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent subscription checks, automate requests to the service, or use the app in a way that interferes with it working for others. We may limit or block access where we detect abuse.
Your content
You keep any rights you hold in the images you submit. You grant us permission to process them for the sole purpose of producing your analysis. See the Privacy Policy for what is retained.
Liability
The app is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or any other loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on its output. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
