It refused to read my chart
That is a real answer, not a failure. The app declines rather than guessing when the image is not a price chart, is too blurry, or is cropped so far that the structure cannot be judged. Retake it with the whole plotted area inside the guide.
It got something wrong
Open the reading and use “Something look wrong?”. Tell it what it misread — the timeframe, a level, the ticker — and it will look at the chart again with your correction. It will also tell you when it disagrees, which is the point.
It gave a different answer for the same chart
Re-picking the same image file returns the stored reading rather than a new one. A fresh screenshot of the same view is a different image, so it is read again and can differ slightly. The hard figures — trend, last price, price range — should not move. If they do, email us the screenshot.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Cancel or change a plan in the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Restoring a purchase on a new device is under Settings inside ChartGrade.
Your data
There is no account and no sign-in. Readings are stored on your device. See the privacy policy for what is sent when a chart is analysed.
One thing worth repeating
ChartGrade is an educational tool. It does not provide financial advice, it cannot predict prices, and it does not connect to any broker. See the terms.
